How long does it take to set up?
Most schools are up and running within 2-3 hours. Sign-up takes 2 minutes; the setup wizard guides you through academic year, classes, sections, subjects. Bulk-import students via CSV.
Do you support CBSE, ICSE, and State Boards?
Yes. Grade systems, term structures, exam patterns, and report-card templates are configurable per board.
Can parents pay fees online?
Yes. Razorpay-powered online payments (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). GST-compliant receipts auto-generated.
What about data migration from our existing system?
We provide a CSV import for students, fees, staff, and historical attendance. For complex migrations, our team helps directly — contact us.
Is there a mobile app?
VidyaSuite is fully mobile-friendly via the browser. Parents and teachers don't need to install anything. Native apps are on the roadmap.
What support do you offer?
Email support on all plans. Standard and Premium plans get priority response (within 4 hours during business hours). Premium gets a dedicated success manager.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-in contracts. Cancel anytime; we keep your data accessible for 30 days for export.
Where is my data stored?
India-based servers. Your data never leaves the country unless you explicitly export it.
Can I customise report cards?
Yes. Logo, header, grade scale, subject ordering, marks display, teacher remarks — all configurable per class.
Do you support multiple branches?
Yes. Each branch is a separate tenant with its own subdomain. A central super-admin dashboard rolls up across branches.
